DF Supply is a distributor of a wide range of products, including fencing, gate automation, access control devices, fence and gate accessories, tools, agricultural supplies, and more. Our content team is looking for an Excel-proficient e-commerce content specialist to handle pricing updates and support data accuracy across our growing network of over 40 e-commerce websites. The ideal candidate pays attention to detail, spots inconsistencies others may miss, and asks the right questions to ensure product information is complete and correct. Clear written communication is essential, especially when working with vendors and internal teams.

This entry-level position combines independent, detail-oriented work with collaborative problem-solving. While pricing updates are the core responsibility, the role also includes additional product data entry and content support to maintain full-time workload. Update volume varies based on vendor activity, ranging from 100 to over 1,000 SKUs depending on the source. Key responsibilities include working with Excel-based vendor price lists, entering and adjusting data in Magento and xTuple, and supporting internal efforts to resolve data-related issues.

Key Responsibilities:

• Update pricing and organize product data using Excel, Magento, and xTuple

• Verify product information for accuracy, consistency, and completeness

• Make minor edits to clean up and improve product listings

• Collaborate with vendors and the Sales team to confirm product details

• Assist with internal product data entry and support structured workflows within the content team

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proficient in Excel, including formulas, sorting, filtering, and handling large data sets

• Comfortable working with Magento and xTuple

• Basic understanding of HTML, especially formatting headers, lists, and links in product descriptions

• Strong attention to detail

• Logical, methodical, and problem-solving mindset

• Ability to manage time effectively and switch between tasks as needed

• Clear and friendly written communication via email and chat

Bonus Skills and Experience:

• Interest in broader areas of e-commerce content, such as product media or site structure

• Experience working with technical product documentation, images, or PDFs
